EventPix is an AI-powered event photography platform. Photographers and event organisers upload their galleries; the people who were at the event find the photographs they appear in by taking a selfie or entering their race-bib number, and download or buy the ones they want.
It exists because of a simple mismatch. A photographer shoots eight thousand frames at a marathon. Somewhere in that gallery are six pictures of you — and until now the only way to find them was to scroll. Most people never did, most photographs were never seen, and most of the work was never paid for. EventPix closes that gap in about two seconds.
How it works
Creators upload
Photographers and organisers upload a full event gallery in one batch. Every image is processed automatically — faces are indexed, race-bib numbers are read, and the originals are stored securely.
Attendees search
Anyone with the event link takes a selfie or types their bib number. EventPix returns the photographs they appear in, typically in under two seconds even across galleries of ten thousand images.
Photos are delivered
Depending on how the organiser configured the event, the photographs are free to download or available to purchase. Paid images are delivered as full-resolution originals through a secure link.

The technology
EventPix combines several things that are individually hard and together uncommon in this market:
- Face search. A single selfie is matched against every face in the gallery using vector similarity, with a high confidence threshold so that strangers’ photographs are not returned to you.
- Bib-number recognition. For races, optical character recognition reads competitor numbers directly from the photographs, with fuzzy matching that tolerates motion blur, folds and partial occlusion.
- Automatic content screening. Every uploaded image is screened before it reaches a gallery.
- Secure delivery. Purchased originals are encrypted at rest and delivered through time-limited links.
- Built for Laos. The interface is Lao-first with English available, and payment runs on the banking rails people here already use.
Our position on faces and privacy
Face search is powerful and we treat it carefully. The selfie you take to search is used only to find your photographs and is deleted from our servers shortly afterwards — it is never added to a gallery, never sold, and never used to identify you anywhere else. Consent is asked for before any facial processing takes place, and an organiser can turn face search off entirely for an event.
